1. Return Policy:

• We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

2. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns.
• Sale items can only be refunded at the purchase price.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

• Our products are fulfilled by external suppliers, so each item may have a different return address depending on the supplier. We will provide you with the correct return address after coordinating with our fulfillment partners.
